How to Re-install Office 2011 for Your Mac

You should see a status bar that indicates how far along the installation is. It is recommended you leave the computer alone at this point until the install is complete.
Step #11: When the product is completely installed, you will receive a message. Click Close.
Final Step: At this point, you will be prompted to activate the product using your 25-digit product key. When you have it in hand, select Enter your product key, and type in the 25 digits. The cursor should change boxes automatically as the digits are entered. Once you have entered the code, Office 2011 should be fully functional on your Mac.
Install Office 2011 by Download
Step #1: Go to Download Earlier Versions of Office on the Microsoft page at: www.microsoft.com/software-download/office. Step #12: Enter your product key. The cursor should change boxes automatically as the digits are entered.
Step #13: Once you have entered the code, save your Product ID information, then click Continue and then Close. Office 2011 should be fully functional on your Mac.
Final Step: Install any available updates.
